As rockstar Marilyn Manson, 53, faces three sexual abuse lawsuits from three separate women, he was photographed during a rare outing with his wife, 37-year-old Lindsay Urich. The rock singer, the whose given name is Brian Hugh Warner, wore black and leather boots while out on the town with his younger wife despite the fact that three different women accuse him of committing horrible sex crimes against them and are seeking damages in court.

While Manson appeared in public on Wednesday night dressed in all black, his wife wore a green maxi dress and red lipstick. According to Daily Mail, the three women who have filed sex abuse lawsuits against Marlyn Manson are Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco, model Ashley Morgan Smithine and a Jane Doe. A fourth lawsuit against him was dismissed this past May by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.

Manson is currently suing his ex Evan Rachel Wood for defamation. The reason that the fourth lawsuit was dismissed against Manson was that the incidents occurred in 2010 and 2011, which was beyond the statute of limitation.

Plaintiff Ashley Walters (above), 37, came to legal help for her trouble with Manson too late because the law only protects victims if they were harmed within a few years of the stated date of the crime.

While Walters claims that Manson sexually and psychologically abused her while he was employed with her, the singer believes that the only thing that will help her win her case is her “creative writing skills.”

In her allegations, which Walters hopes to bring back in front of Manson, she claims that the singer forced her to stand for twelve hours straight and use cocaine to stay awake during a photo shoot. He also allegedly whipped her and others and even through a prop skull at Woods so hard that the impact left a welt on her body.

“[We] believe our amended complaint specifically addresses the court’s concerns and establishes that Ms. Walters suffered such severe harm while working for Mr. Warner that she repressed the vast majority of abuse she was subjected to and that the nature of the abuse should strip [Warner] of any statute of limitations defense. Regardless of the outcome, we will continue to work to expose Mr. Warner for exactly who he is, a narcissistic predator and pathological violator,” her lawyer James Vagnini said.

Manson believes that the abuse falls outside the statute of limitations because she “understood” what was happening to her during her time of employment. She allegedly hid from Manson to avoid his brutal attacks.

“Plaintiff contradictorily claims that throughout her employment she was cognizant of a need to hide from her employer, while simultaneously arguing that she did not know that her employer was committing arguably actionable acts towards her,’ Manson claimed in new court documents, according to a report by Rolling Stone.
